Refund & Return Eligibility

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
2. Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, like gift cards, opened software, and specific perishable goods, are not eligible for return. Please refer to product descriptions for non-returnable items.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at

2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on where to send the item.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.
2. Approval & Processing: If approved, we will issue a refund through cash within 10 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery Orders: Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds will be issued as cash.

Note: Refunds are not issued for any shipping costs incurred.
