Refund and Returns Policy
At Never Offices, we aim to ensure that you’re satisfied with every purchase. Please review our policies carefully to understand the conditions for refunds and returns.
Refund & Return Eligibility
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, like gift cards, opened software, and specific perishable goods, are not eligible for return. Please refer to product descriptions for non-returnable items.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at
[email protected] with your order details and reason for the return. - Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on where to send the item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.
- Approval & Processing: If approved, we will issue a refund through cash within 10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds will be issued as cash.
Note: Refunds are not issued for any shipping costs incurred.
